Registration is officially open for our Free Online Listening Portal.
with Resonance 002, we invite artists and aspiring creatives to join us in an exploration of what it means to seek resonance as an embodied practice to reducing harm in our communities. We’ll practice ways to find harmony with self and explore how that personal work improves our relationships and facilitates healing and collective well-being.
As an active participant of our Free Online Listening Portal you will have the opportunity to:
engage the ways we listen and how listening impacts our ability to create harmony with self and thus with others.
learn to identify when there is dissonance internally and what opportunities it presents for our own growth in building authentic and collaborative connections with ourselves and others.
explore the use of the three levels of listening through varied exercises for improving communication towards healthy relationships in all areas of life.
